Welcome to Chez Nous, a historic restaurant in the heart of Senlis!
This emblematic restaurant dates back to the 16th century, when it was known as the Hostellerie des Trois Poissons. Damaged by time, then rebuilt in the 19th century, the restaurant has stood the test of time, retaining its charm and authenticity.
In 2018, Estelle and Carl took over the reins of the restaurant, injecting a new dynamic thanks to the passion and dedication of the whole team.
In 2024, the restaurant got a facelift with a contemporary decor designed by Dork Alayan, Maxime Fourmond and their team. The walls of the restaurant are now adorned with photographs of Senlis taken by local artists such as Céline Serein, Bruno Cohen and Miguel Delgado, known by his pseudonym Photokiff.
Estelle, our passionate chef, offers traditional French cuisine using fresh seasonal produce. Her culinary approach combines simplicity and originality, offering dishes such as lentils with orange and spiced mayonnaise, or fillet of sea bass with a coconut-vanilla sauce. In summer, the sesame and soy sirloin tataki with wok-fried vegetables has become a must-try.
You can trust him to select quality suppliers and artisans, such as the "Frères et Artisans" bakery for the table bread and buns in our burgers, or Pascal's "Au Bon Fromage" shop for our cheese plates.
