The Liberation of Lamorlaye" exhibition in Lamorlaye

To mark the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Lamorlaye by the 5th Division of the 1st US Army, ALMA is putting on a two-part exhibition: one on loan from the Archives départementales, entitled "1944, L'Oise est libérée", and another designed by ALMA, entitled "The Liberation of Lamorlaye", with panels and a slide show showing the many photos taken by Robert Galas on Thursday 30 August 1944 in Lamorlaye.
The exhibition will be open on 30 and 31 August from 10am to 6pm and from 1 to 8 September from 3pm to 6pm. It will be closed on 7 September, as ALMA will be at the Lamorlaye Association Forum at the Thève gymnasium.
