Until 30 November 2024

From 01 November to 30 November

The Gallé-Juillet house traces the life of a Creillois family from the Revolution to the First World War. The rooms in this wealthy residence have not changed since the Belle Époque: Visiting the kitchen, dining room, living room and bedrooms, visitors can discover a remarkable collection of decorative arts (stamped furniture, works by the artist Emile Gallé, objets d'art, ceramics and paintings), then be surprised by the smoke-producing desk and its bound books, the curiosity cabinet and its shells, the collection of old toys and its astonishing children's theatre, or by the tragic fate of Maurice Gallé, illustrated by souvenirs of the Great War.
Our guides invite you to discover this fine example of life in the Belle Époque.
