The Great Adventure of Chaalis

From 5 July to 1 September, the Chaalis estate is opening its doors to adventure-seekers with a brand new falconry show and treasure hunt.

Falconry show - "La Grande aventure de Chaalis" (The Great Adventure of Chaalis)
For 25 minutes, the history of Chaalis is told, from the founding of the abbey by Louis VI to Nélie Jacquemart-André's bequest to the Institut de France. At the heart of the ruins, transformed for the occasion into a veritable stage, birds of prey (buzzards, eagles, vultures and owls) embody the chapters of Chaalis' amazing history.
At the end of the show, backstage at the falconry awaits you!
Wednesday to Sunday, 11am and 3pm

Treasure hunt
The treasure hunt takes young and old on a fun adventure to discover the exceptional heritage of Chaalis. The bravest will leave with a piece of Chaalis treasure...
Every day, non-stop, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Duration approx. 1 hour

The price includes access to the site, the treasure hunt and the falconry presentation.
