From the 45-million-year-old limestone that forms the subsoil of Montgrésin to the destruction of the Second World War, the history of the area around Pontarmé is rich. On the way to the Table de Montgrésin, we'll look at the history of the birth of the Chantilly forest and its facilities, including the forester's houses, the boundary stones and the famous straight paths. On the way back, along the river Thève, the chronicle of the bridges, mills and ponds that line the edge of the forest will be matched by the architecture of the château".
