Gardens, canal, potager des princes, restaurants, inn, bakery and all the shops are at your feet. A bus stop is located just in front of the house, making it easy to explore further afield.

The ground-floor flat is around forty square metres in size and comprises an entrance hall, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with large washbasin and shower, WC, a large bedroom with a quiet courtyard aspect, and a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, making it easy to accommodate up to 4 people. An extra cot is available on request.
