Would you like to learn more about oenology or broaden your knowledge? Understand the basics of food and wine pairing? How to choose a bottle of wine?
Dive into a unique and original experience, where I tell you everything (or almost everything!).

I invite you to discover the fascinating world of wine, far from boring lectures, with a fun and immersive tasting of 4 'nugget' vintages, carefully selected from small, passionate producers. Each wine tells a story, and I'll guide you through these tales, answering all your questions. Oenology becomes a game, where you test your senses with blind tastings and olfactory challenges thanks to the "wine nose" box.

Whatever your level of knowledge, I can adapt to all participants to ensure that you have an educational, cultural and, above all, fun experience.

You don't have to plan anything: just come and enjoy the moment. The workshop takes place in the city centre, next to the Obélisque roundabout, in a private room.
As well as taking home unforgettable memories, each participant will receive a surprise gift.

I'm Ingrid Coiffet, founder of Dionysa, created in 2021 to share my passion for wine in a fun way that's accessible to everyone. All the workshops are led by myself, to guarantee you a warm and authentic experience.
