La « Battle » des fouets

Learn how to make whipped cream while having fun. Laughter guaranteed!

In the Atelier de la Chantilly classroom: a demonstration of how to whip cream, followed by a musical battle with a draw for the whips in the gallery of whips and a game of dares. Who will be the first to whip the cream into chantilly? Change your hen's arse, steal your neighbour's whisk, whisk blindfolded... no effort will be spared until the cream has been whipped to a creamy consistency. Laughter guaranteed. For groups of 15 or more, 2 battle sessions will be organised, with an optional final to decide between the fastest. They'll have to guess the flavours of our mystery whipped cream by taste! Each participant will go home with a pot of Chantilly Cream and a souvenir of the Workshop.
