MADAO is a family business of exotic caterers specializing in recipes from Madagascar and Reunion. Olivier uses local products and makes all the dishes from fresh products. The menu goes from aperitif to dessert with typical dishes such as samosas, accras, sausage rougail, chicken colombo or even homemade punch and rum. The products are sold in delivery for a particular event or meal but also in many direct producer outlets of the "La Ruche qui dit Oui" and "Locavor.fr" network.
